Difficulty linking my account to ctrader

I am having issues with linking my account to ctrader. I had to download from my broker still not linking, instead open a new spotware demo account for me.

Hi emiogbolu,

Please make sure you are using your broker's cTrader. If you still cannot see your trading account, contact your broker directly.

 unlike the previous one i downloaded sometime back from my broker's site  which had the broker's logo, I had no issue with it, this version i downloaded the broker's site as well has just the spotware logo, no brokers logo and its not likning my account.

Hi emiogbolu,

If it has a Spotware logo then it is probably not your broker's cTrader. You can check which cTrader you use by checking the title of your cTrader application . Please contact your broker for the correct link for their cTrader installation file.

I just contacted them and i was sent a linked from where i downloaed, working perfectly now. Thank you so much
