THE CHART STOPPED 20 SECONDS WHEN BIG NEWS

    Good day!I have a question,yesterday at the time UTC+8 21:30,The chart(the price) stopped(freezed,stuck) for 20seconds,from 21:30:01 to 21:30:20,there's a big data(big news) at that time;I want to know if all the brokers using CTRADER have this problem,too,and if this problem often occur when big news?Also I want to know this the broker's reason or CTRADER's reason or the server's reason causing this stuck,Thank you!

You should report this issue to your broker for further investigation about what caused this issue.
