Hello,

Ctrader 3.5 desktop
Pepperstone

For some reason I can't get to scroll past 2016 on some charts (i've tried the refresh and reinstalling ctrader).
Doubt this is a broker issue, as the web ctrader is showing historical data just fine.

 

Any suggestions on how to solve this?

Hi chim,

This is a known issue and will be fixedin an update. A workaround is to zoom in and then drag the time counter on the bottom axis left and right and past data will be retrieved. Let me know if this helps.

Hi Panagiotis,

 

Thanks for the quick reply, seems to work on and off on the weekly but no such luck on the monthly chart.

I'll keep trying but is there an ETA on a bug fix for this?
