ICMarkets Demo Accounts deleted

ICMarkets Demo Accounts deleted

Hi, 

 

This morning when I opened my cTader desktop, all my demo accounts had been deleted (or I can`t see them). 

My desktop is ICMarkets cTrader 3.5.  I also asked to ICMarkets support and they told me to ask cTrader.

Why happened this?

Is there any way to recover them?

Thanks for contacting Spotware. The trading accounts belong to ICMarkets and only ICMarkets can check what happened with your accounts.

Hi Panagiotis,

Thanks for your early reply.

The asked me if I created the accounts from cTrader platform and I did it, that is the reason why the told me to ask to ctrader support.

Another change I see is that every time I open ctrader, requires me the user and pass, and I didn't change anything...

And I'm trying to link my new ICMarkets account but I don't have any option to link a created account, could you please help me with this?

Unfortunately we cannot help you through this channel. We do not have access to ICMarkets backend system. If they cannot help you, they should be contacting our support department directly.
