live account stuck on 'connecting'

Hi,

My internet connection is fast and stable, however lately ctrader has been stuck on 'connecting to account ***' for over 30 mins and now wont connect at all.

i have asked my broker for support and they have referred me here. 

My login and password have been entered correctly, as i have tested on ctrader and broker website.

Attached is a screenshot, i have masked my account number.

It is definetly not an internet connection issue.
