Full Screen and Pop-out - Is this supposed to work
30 Jul 2019, 15:33

Ninja's, how are we?

New to Ctrader, and I've looked around but can't find these answers.

1) - Is there a way to genuinely go full-screen on a chart, as in FULL SCREEN, fill everything with my chart!

2) - I can drag a chart out from its original setting, but it immediately springs back.

I've had a mess around in settings but it isn't giving too many clues away.

Advice appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Hi leighc1,

Thanks for posting in our forum. In cTrader Desktop you can detach a chart and maximize by clicking on the "Detach Chart" button on the chart tab. I am not sure what steps you follow in point 2. Can you be more specific? A short video would help understand what you are doing.

Best Regards,

Panagiotis

RE:

Thanks Pan,

I will have a look tonight and see if I can post a short vid.

Do you guys have a recommended or preferred video-grab app?

Hi leighc1,

I use TinyTake but anyone you feel comfortable with would do.

Best Regards,

Hi Pan,

This should be enough and hopefully it shows the pop-out windows springing back in to place.

The window lets me drag it .... but then it comes back.

I have a feeling that if we can get this working, then i can go full screen and everything will be sorted.

Thanks
