Order OID0 is Rejected with error "DISCONNECTED"

Order was rejected, along with several attempts to amend a position:

Why were orders and requests to amend positions Rejected with error "DISCONNECTED"?

Were the Spotware cTrader servers down?

Execution issues should be checked with the broker.
