trouble charging charts from previous periods of time frames

trouble charging charts from previous periods of time frames

Since last week, the platform is having problems when i try to charge charts from older time frames, so i can't do my backtest and observe the behavior of my trategy. (image 1)

 

As a sugestion you should put some options to charge an specific chart from a time frame like some other trading platform have.

can´t charge older time frame And if i try to refresh the chart stuck loading (image 2)loading stuck

my broker is IC MARKETS
when i'm watching any chart and i want to see previous months, i drag the scroll point to the left ans in some ocations charge few months like in the first example (image1) it charge until 12 oct 2018 in the 30min time frame, after this, if i want to move other chart from other symbol it will not reload more than one month previously, so if i try to reload any chart it get stuck loading like example 2 (image2)

i made a short video with the additional infrmation you request, and i hope this is enogh to show you the problems that i have with ctrader platform.
