cTrader stock charts always missing first hour of price action. Is a fix available? (newbie here)

Here's an example of a Yahoo.com stock chart - General Electric - taken about 45 minutes after the US market opened today. https://i.imgur.com/s5Aa5PL.jpg

As you can see, cTrader is missing 45 minutes of price action. This makes backtesting acurately impossible, as well as using a custom indicator I have; the main tool I trade with. It can't be my broker's fault; I'm not logged into any broker. No cTrader compatible brokers will accept US residents. I'm using a cTrader demo account with the public beta version. 

I've googled this problem and have seen one other person with the same issue, and they received no answers. Is there a fix to this? Or is there a problem on my end I'm missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
