cTrader doesn't show my live account(works on browser version)

I'm always using 2 pc with ctrader in each one and the same account. 2 weeks ago, the first loaded cTrader was working as normal, the second one just had a demo account (I never opened) on and not the live accounts.. And since last friday, the second pc has an another demo account, the live account desappeared too. ..only demo accounts on both. I logged in to web browser version.. and yes I have the live account.

I have tried reinstalling, restarting sessions etc.. what is going on?

This would be easily solved, if i could just log in to my cTrader live account?.. but there is no such option.

Dear 8033403,

Thanks for posting in our forum. It sounds like you are signing in with a different cTrader ID. Please make sure that you are signing in with the correct cTrader ID, the one to which the live account is linked too.
