Notifications do not work (disabled ??)

Although i've checked the box email live & email demo in the row ctrader (did that in https://icmarkets.id.ctrader.com/my/settings/accounts)
My ICM ctrader still says: email ..x.x.x.x. was bit sent because emailnotifications are disabled.
What's wrong here ?
