Optimisation improvements Save tickdata and reload from disk

Save tickdata on disk and update only the new stuff! Saves a lot of datacomm and time

Downloaded tick data is saved locally and only new data is downloaded each time.

OK What is the 'loading sumbols settings' message for when it's not for downloading data?

It is for loading symbol parameters, leverage information conversion rates and other information related to the symbol.
