Ctrader Desktop hangs in optimizer and leaves ghostprocesses

Trying to do a 1 parameter optimisation run om XAUUSD 1m 17-1-2018 unto 17-1-2019 hangs on 'Loading symbol settings'
When terminating the process by clicking the stopmark (in right top corner) it leaves process(es) open that keep on consuming a lot of capacity.
Doing a BAcktest for every paramater setting just works but is a lot of work!

ghost processes (64K and 3504376K)

Hi Panagiotis,
Sorry i can't (non-disclosure agreement with my customers!)
But is happens on many cbots this was just 1 example.

also get a lot of errors like this on backtesting.

If you can reproduce on a sample cBot it would be helpful as well. We received the exception and we will be checking further.
