Using the non-broker version of cTrader downloaded from ctrader.com:

"You must be signed in to your cTrader ID in order to sign in to your cloud stored accounts"

How/where do I sign into my cTrader ID?

Where do you get this message? You should get the login screen as soon as you launch the application.

Here, buy clicking on the little "i" for info.

None of my accounts appear in the accounts list.

ps, I really have to stress once again contantluy being logged out of the forum, then being redirected back to ctrader home page after re-logging into the forum to reply a comment is insanely annoying and is probably costing you guys community input and feedback.

Hi dmn,

If you made it to this stage, you are already signed in using your cTID. If you do not see your trading accounts here, you need to contact your broker to link them with your cTID. Please make sure you are using your broker's cTrader.

Thanks fo rterh follow-up. I think I al;reay have my broker accounts linked to my cTID. I'll check.

In the meantime, are you suggesting that I do not use the cTrader version that is independent of any broker?  Was hoping to use one installation, then switch between brokers. I can forgget that idea if you say so.
