Hi,

my ctrader platform is open but it seems frozen, there is no price action and when i try to push the buy or sell button i receive this..14/09/2018 19:43:32.610 | → Order OID47229891 is REJECTED with error "RECONCILIATION_IN_PROGRESS"

The clock works normally but price does not move

Hi Andreas,

As the message suggests, probably there was reconciliation taking place. Do you still have any issues?
