Hull MA crypto issues
Hull MA crypto issues

...just realised what the issue is, MA range cannot be too low, ie, from 5 + and, Lot size had to be checked, however, when tried with Bitcoin Cash, only shows 4 months worth of data, more importantly, Optimisation has seized, (elapsed time still running?)and I cannot stop it or delete it or exit the program, so I opened another Bitcoin instance and tried to run another optimisation scan and found the same issue, I then reduced the Lot Size check in the cBot parameters from 1 to 10 to 9 to 10 with 1 increments in the third instance (3rd time lucky with BCH) allowing to then run the optimization efficiently without issues.
How do I stop, delete, remove the original problematic scan?....it appears to be calculating after 18 hours please see below
What you cant see, is the elapsed time ticking over, and stop button doesn’t work...
Relating to the same instance is the above screen, again the stop button wont work, and I cant right click and delete, with that option faded out.
Please advise how to delete, stop etc.
Despite its quirks, is the back testing data and results reliable, especially the bitcoin cash 4 month only back testing...is it safe to rely on a pro-rata basis?
I appreciate your response and resolution. Rob

Hi Rob,
Thanks for letting us know about this issue. It seems to be a bug. Could you please send some troubleshooting information to the team? You can do so by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Shift+T, paste the link to this discussion on the text box and press submit. In the meanwhile, restarting cTrader should fix the problem.
