Newbie question : pending orders, VPS and latency

Hi Traders,

I just would like to clarification on pending orders with ctrader. I believe that by default, they are stored server side.

Based on this, Am I right in saying that using a VPS (ideally located close to my broker's servers and CTRADER's servers) won't be beneficial at all in terms of reduced latency as the order will be sitting on the CTRADER's server, as opposed to a market order where using a VPS will greatly reduce latency.
