Huge bag in platform !

I met the error on the platform. Although the transactions were hedged, positions are still reacting to the conversion of the spread. The expanding spread smashed my transaction, although it was secured. I lost money. There is no such thing in Jforex (Dukascopy). You can lose a lot of money by doing this. So practically the transaction is not secured at all. This is a big disadvantage of this platform.

Thanks for posting in our forum. However we do not have enough information to understand what the problem is. Did you try to communicate this with your broker? Would you like to share some more information with us about your positions like entry prices, stop losses, when did they close, what would you expect to happen instead?
