Unable To Download/Install Indicator to cTrader

Could someone PLEASE assist me !

I have cTrader & cAlgo installed on my pc & working perfectly. I am trying to download & install a Renko indicator from the ctdn.com site.

After the indicator downloaded, when I click to install it, I get a Windows error message saying that the app can't run

on my pc & I should contact the software publisher.

What could be causing this problem ? (Running Windows 10 & Chrome)
