Can not log in to FXPIG

I have my cTID login and am able to open icMarkets, Kawase, OMFwith no issues.  But only opens FXPIG. blank charts. Please help.

Hi all,

Could you please contact FXPIG for that? It seems to be a broker specific issue.

I have contacted them and they do not know how to resolve. They sent me this link https://help.spotware.com/ctid#createctid. I think I need to unlink my cTID. I tolod the according to the support document "Unlink Trading account from cTID:  If you wish to unlink your trading account from your cTID, you need to contact your broker "Back to top

They said that my account email should match the email for my cTID. Can you contact them to asist in resolving this issue?
