Can't see any chart data before November 2015?

So as the title suggests, I can't see any bars/candlesticks before November 2015. This is on Monthly/Weekly/Daily/Hourly Timeframes.

I'm looking at US30 Index on fxpro.

When I first downloaded cTrader, it worked fine, I could scroll back to the 1990s. Then a few weeks ago it stopped scrolling back. I contacted fxpro and they suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the program. I did that, and for about an hour it worked fine. When I went to open the program again it was back to before. 

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice more but to no avail...

Any ideas?
