cBot Log Tab still uses 12hr time format

In Ctrader, when you add a cBot, there is a tab across the bottom showing the log.  The time format is in 12 hr instead of 24hr format.  All other tabs and time displayed in cTrader and cAlgo are in 24hr format so it is very inconvenient to have to do this conversion when trying to quickly investigate cbot activity.  Please fix the time column so that it is in 24hr format like all others.
