login without being prompted to login via cTID

Hi, I have set up ctrader to login via my broker account number. However, whenever I start trader it 1) brings up a dialog box asking me to sign in with my cTID, and 2) it also loads up my web browser and takes me to a page where it asks me the same thing (see image below). I find this rather annoying. Is it possible to set up ctrader so that I just log in with my broker ctrader account, and stop it from always prompting me for my cTID? I press 'skip this step' in the dialog box, but it never remembers that setting. Thanks.
