Residence verification problem

Hello,

I am a Albanian citizens and resident, but when i try to open Ctrader app on my mobile phone, there show a message, that is not avaible for citizens or residents of the USA.

Maybe because i use vpn for my another job, but after i turn off the VPN, is still not avaible

Can you fix please this problem,

Hi there,

It seems that you have confirmed to the app that you are a US citizen. If this is not the case, please uninstall and reinstall the application.
