Copy of EndOfMonthStatement for a specific month

Copy of EndOfMonthStatement for a specific month

Usually, in the beginning of each month, I receive End Of Month Statements of all the trades during the previous month.
I am missing one for September 2023 that I would like a copy of, but it seems I cannot order it anywhere. My broker refers me to Spotware but they have no support. 

I know I can extract statements from within the app, but those statements does not contain all the columns that is in the monthly statements coming via email.
I wish for the app to contain functionality to specify all the missing columns, but it is not possible.

So how can I get a copy of those monthly statements (see screenshot for all the columns)?

Hi there,

The dispatch of such statements is configured by the broker. You should get in touch with them again.
