Can’t close a position

Can’t close a position

Hello, I have a problem with a trade a took this week, i can’t close it manually and when i put a stop loss it didn’t work, the position is still open and i don’t know how to close it because it keeps putting me an error message. It only happen with the JPNJPY position because i tried to close the trade on XAUUSD and it worked.
