Android notifications delay in Android

I don't get prompt notifications of alerts, order fills or stoploss hits for quite a long time, generally the alerts only sound if I open the app. I have made sure that the app can remain running in the background etc. My broker is FTMO.

We tested the notifications but we cannot reproduce any issue. Notifications arrive without a problem. Please check your device.
