push notification not coming on my android phone

hello, i don't get push notification om my phone i have enabled it on web page i get email each and every activity but not push notification on c trader app on my phone.i have account with ic markets.my account number is 1193089

my desk top c trader version is 4.0.and raw trading app installed on my phone version is 4.0.54286. my android device version is 11.

please sir do the necessary so i can get push notifications. thanks
