Not showing broker accounts

Not showing broker accounts

When i login to Ctrader web with my CT ID, I see my one CT demo account, and the accounts I have linked from my broker.

when using the same credentials for the iOS app, I only see the demo account.

Any clue what I am doing wrong ?

Hi Tim,

Thanks for posting in our forum. Just make sure that you are using your brokers iOS application.
