Please allow users to set .01 lot sizes for indices on cTrader demo

Hi,

Please allow users to set lot sizes all the way down to .01 for indices demo trading on cTrader I want to be able to trade in demo as well as with my broker seamlessly. Thank you!

It's not ctrader settings, it's on broker side. For example with VantoFX I can trade 0.01 as they allow it.
