Market Replay Not Working - Help

Hi, 

Does anyone know how to troubleshoot the “Market Replay” function on Mac? 

I want to backtest and simulate trades, but every time I launch market replay, it stops playing candles after a few seconds; when forwarding a candle, it stops again, sometimes it doesn't even play anything at all. 

I selected the “Tick data from server (accurate)” but I don't know it that makes any difference.

Any help is appreciated

It's been a while since this post but the only thing that helped me was doing a re-boot (update) then changed the pop-up change Data setting from (?) minute/hr replay to “Tick data from server”… as you said.

worked for me.
