Price alerts cause account disconnection
Price alerts cause account disconnection

Hi
I'm running ctrader on both windows and mac.
On mac, while there appears to be a working connection ( i can watch the price change and flicker, as well as the values of open trades, and watch the candles draw away happily), If i add or modify a price alert, most of the time, ctrader will loose connection for, say, 30 seconds and sit there ‘reconnecting’ with a spinner, and then fail to add my alert. Most of the time, I can then successfully re-add the alert.
Is this something I can fix somehow?

It's reported as being fixed on the thread above, but, my ctrader is up to date, and its still occurring.

It's reported as being fixed on the thread above, but, my ctrader is up to date, and its still occurring.
