Stuck On Connecting to A/C

Hi, I have been having issues trying to login from my IMAC to my Ctrader account, using the Ctrader application. I know its not a internet issue since i have been using the web platform on the same device. Evertime i login and enter my details. I am just stuck on the connecting to a/c XXXXXX on the top right. I see the blue bar moving. Tried using other accounts and its the same issue. I have also downloaded the .NET and still wont login for me. If you could try and help me please. Thanks
