Live-account but classified as demo-member

Live-account but classified as demo-member

Hi,
i have a live account at Bullmarkets, but when i go to “become a startegy-provider” this account is listet as “live” but also as “DM” and i cant become a (paid) startegy provider.
Why is a live-account classified as “demo-member”?
How can I change this?
