Copy not done

I used a trade copier with all accounts added from my c.trader account. Trades are copied into all accounts except one account ( the trading pit firm account) . The reason was that my broker blocked copy trading. I contacted the trading pit , they said “ our team, checked this issue with c trader and informed us this feature is not supported in c trader”
