My account's monthly ROI is wrong. I haven't executed any trade on March and, as per below, the first trade (executed on 01st April) is being considered as if it was done on March:
This +0.51% ROI (equivalent to the 2.56 USD Net Profit made on 01st April) should be transferred to April's ROI (instead of March).
Besides this, considering this account is active since 01 April 2024 (as per the screenshot below), how is it possible a ROI data on March exist?
Could you please check and fix the view? Additionally, I believe the same issue happened to yesterday's (01st May) PnL (which should be considered as of May and is being added to April's ROI instead).
This is what I see at the moment. Is the issue still there for you?
Best regards,
Panagiotis
Hi Panagiotis,
Unfortunately, I still see the below on my end: (on Ctrader Web and via Desktop v. 4.8.30 as well)
That's weird. Could you please double check it why this discrepancy is happening?
Ty! Best!
Hi there, can you pelase advise the timezone your computer is using?
Hey,
UTC-3 (Brazil Time)
Hi Panagiotis,
Any updates here? I'm still seeing the discrepancy on my side.
Tks,
Hi there,
It seems like a glitch in the way we aggregate trades for each day, causing this discrepancy in the case GMT -x timezone is selected. The correct results should show with GMT 0 selected. We will reconsider this in a future update.
