The trades dont copy

Hi!Friday i made an account with FpMarkets and I started copying someone but even if he takes trades my account doesnt copy automatically!Why could be than?We have the same leverage(1:500).

  • Your account number.
  • Screenshots of the open positions that should be closed.
  • Screenshots of the strategy provider's showing that the positions have been closed.

My account number is 2009788.

 

There are trades that he opened but didnt open on my account not trades that he closed but didnt close on my account!
