About Stop Loss

I have a question about stop loss: If while copying a strategy, the trader has his stop loss skipped (either due to volatility or GAP), do I run the risk of losing below my stipulated capital as well? Or will the system automatically stop me when I reach the stipulated value? In other words, how safe is this stop?

Your positions will be closed as soon as the strategy provider positions are closed. Pending orders like SL and TP are not copied
