Performance fee

Hello, i have a question about copy on cTrader. I become strategy provider and i need to ask about when i get performance fee. It is calculated from net profit of closed positions or it is calculated from open positions? I need to know, if i and my investors close for example 10% profit and there is open 5% loss on open positions, so if i get paid for 10% of closed positions or it is closed+open... so if i get paid for 5%.
