Problems with copy fees

Some Problems with copy fee's (performance fee/ volume fee) this month?

It seems that customers paid 2 times.

Some clients of me reported that to me (another cTrader ID) and they sent me screens via email.

Is there a way for direct contact? I don't want share private informations in this open forum.
