ctrader copy need available account linked

It seems that in the ctrader copy interface I have the message ctrader copy need available account linked to a ctrader ID...  which prevents me from copying some strategies.  However other strategies are avalailable to be copied.

Note I checked the FAQ and the strategies I am interested in, have less than 400 copiers,  have a low minimum investment (my account is above the sum).

I also note that it seems that all the ones which I cannot copy are the ones which I stopped copying (or was stopped du to an equity stop loss).  

Question:  is there some condition which prevents people from copying a strategy which was copied in the past, but was stopped for whatever reason?
