problem with copy trading, different name on different broker

problem with copy trading, different name on different broker

hi is possible to fix this problem about name on instrument for example in my broker is called US30 in the other is called Dow JoneS this problem doesn't allow me to grow as strategy provider because copy account doesn't follow my trades because c trader recognizes different names 

is there any way for fix this problem?

Hi there,

The easiest solution would be to use the same broker as your strategy provider.

is there any other solution if I have to use a different broker ?

Hi,

No, if your broker uses different symbol names, then we cannot guarantee that trades will be copied.
