Missed Performance Fee Month end 30th September

Hi, I just noticed the month end performance fee was not paid for my strategy and when I checked, my cTrader account for some reason said it was waiting on email verification (I had already done this previously). I just resent the link and confirmed the authorisation, just wondering whether last month's performance fee will now be paid to my account? Or whether there is something else I need to do?

You need to provide more information. Please advise the following

  1. Strategy name
  2. Broker
  3. What fees did your expect and did not arrive.

Hi Panagiotis,

Further to your reply, below are the details:

Strategy Name: TortoiseTraderV2

Broker: IC Markets

Expected Earnings: I have 2 copiers with around $18k copying capital and last month returned somewhere in the range of 5%. 

Can you please advise why the performance fee was not paid for those earnings last month?

Hi,

During that time period you had no fee to be paid.

Because of spreads, commissions, etc your followers might have different PnL result.
