strange closed positions in loss on stategy provider

strange closed positions in loss on stategy provider

Hello helpdesk,

there were some positions closed while on the original stratagy provider are not closed positions. Its a small loss, so i dont think it is a stoploss

this is my account with history of 3 days:

What is going on here ?

Hi, account 2071061 from ic Markets , i send also a statement with transactions with account data and history specific that day via youre telegram .

Hi ramon_Z_77,

We checked your issue. The positions were closed due to the fact that fees were withdrawn from your account, causing an equity to equity recalculation which resulted in partially closing some positions.

What? i already paid fees...?? again with partially clossing positions. sounds weird and strange.

it did not happen on the demo account wich i also copy the same stratagy with the same amount of money. And why did it not happen there?

Performance fees were paid on the 01/10. The statement you provided starts from 02/10.
