can't copy my live account to a specific strategy provider

can't copy my live account to a specific strategy provider

I was trying to copy this strategy provider Crazy Pump (3-5% / day). For some reason, I cannot add real money in it but the my demo account went through. There was no indication or explanation as to why it is not letting me copy for live account. Please enlighten me.

Please provide more detailed information. What do you mean when you say

Where does this happen? Do you get any messages? Can you share screenshots?
