Strategy provider account commissions

Strategy provider account commissions

When trying to become a strategy provider, I'm having an issue with the 'account for fees' section. It will not let me select any of my current live accounts for the commissions/ performance fees to be paid into. I understand that all commissions/performance fees need to be paid into a separate live account.....not the provider account. Please see screen grab attached - all other live accounts are not shown/ blanked out and i can't select anything. Is this due to my strategy account having open live trades in it? 

Any help appreciated.

All live accounts with icmarkets, usd, 1:200

Hi beaumz,

Please contact IC Markets and ask them to check if all the accounts belong to the same white label. If they belong to different white labels, they might not show on the list.
