Missing trades on Ctrader copy

Hi everyone.

Today I have a problem with Ctrader copy. While the expert account (which I followed) opened 8 trades, my account only opened 7 trades, which led to the loss of money, and another account of mine opened 9 trades. You can see the attached images for more details, the red rectangular shows the one missing trade. I also met this problem before. Does anyone have the same problem? I hope that the Ctrader team can fix and improve the system for a better experience.
