How to change lot size while Copying

Hi, i want to ask 2 things about copying a provider:

1) i want to know if there is the possibility to change lot size while copying a provider,

for example, he open a 0.01 lot size position , but on my account it open a 0.02 lot size position

2) if it is equity to equity and my provider with 700€ account balance open a position 0.01 lot size, i must have an account with 1400€ (double his balance) to open a 0.02 lot size trade?
