Copy Trading Limit

Please can you help me with the copy trading I'm trying to copy this trader:
https://ct.icmarkets.com/copy/strategy/14462  and it keep saying that
it reached the maximum number of copiers, but actually the number of
copiers keep going up! it was 694 when I was attempting to copy him,
now it's 702!

can you please tell me where is the problem?

The strategy cannot accept more followers from your broker.
