My copiers have 2 positions opened that I don't have opened

Hi, I am strategy provider on ctrader copy platform, people copying me has 2 positions opened that I don't have, it seems a bug.

I asked some copiers to stop and restart the copy, and the problem was fixed for them, but I can not reach every of my copiers, so some of them have 2 positions "out of control"

I did nothing different than last months.

You need to provide more information about this issue like the strategy name and some screenshots of the positions that have not been closed.

I can just check my own demo account, which copy my strategy, and I still see 3 positions opened right now, but I have just one opened. There is one of my copiers which I can not contact him, so I don't know about his copy.

Hi,

Now I can see the "out of control" positions were closed.

It would be great some automatic sync or check or any other to avoid this could happen again, there is risk of loss much money.
